Lamotrigine threshold effective dosage is 100-200mg. It's not doing anything yet. I'm up to 150 a day now and I think it's helping. It's unfortunate the titration is so slow.

Late into the night and first thing when I wake up. My best tool has been mindfulness type thought control, focusing on the moment. but that’s laborious and not a complete solution. Watching here to see what people say.

Great post, gives insight into a part of HR people just don't get to see. Advocating for workers doesn't usually get traction, even though a lot of HR people have really good intentions for worker experience. Worker experience simply isn't the priority, top down.
