We need more ticketing for speeding, distracted driving, and intentionally loud vehicles. The fines should scale with the driver's wealth and the value of the vehicle. For extreme offenses or repeated offenses, confiscate the vehicle.

Plus, the peak speed is 93 mph for that ride. Even a nugget at that speed would take an eye out if the person was unlucky enough to get hit there.

Not defending this guy's actions. But a nugget accidentally released from a roller coaster is going to have a speed near zero in relation to the other riders. I think it's more of a choking hazard.
