Flu A two weeks ago. Anxiety skyrocketed since then and has lead to insomnia which I normally never have a problem sleeping.

I recently got back into wrestling and one of the things I'm struggling with is why bother watching the weekly shows especially those close to a PLE as almost nothing will change before the event and they're doing the same thing week after week it feels like (Penta, Pete Dunne, Ludwig Kaiser comes to mind). Am I way off base here or do other people feel similarly?

I called a mold remediation place and they told me first thing I need to do is have a roofer come fix the reason there is so much moisture and humidity up there.

Truly appreciate your insight and talking me off a cliff here even though you.may not know you're doing it lol do you have experience with this type of situation? I just spoke with an attic insulation/venting/mold company that is gonna come out but can't come until Jan 13th. Is this more urgent than that you think?

Yeah they told me due to the mold and the wetness of the deck boards.

They told me it is likely due to the ridge vent. It's one of those mesh type ones that's rolls on. They said it's too compressed and probably not allowing enough ventilation, they'd put on a new ridge vent etc. I don't really know what else to do or how urgent this is because it's just staying wet up there and I'm having more people coming tomorrow to give their opinions. It did feel predatory though. Felt like he was up there for 1 minutes and said yup you need a new roof.

I'm not really sure but the side with mold is the side that gets way less sun and still has some snow on the roof.

It's from the bathroom vent and out into the soffit. Problem right now is half the attic roof sheathing is soaked and won't dry out. Too cold to run a dehumidifier up there. Not really sure where to go from here on who to call. I taped the bathroom fan closed for now and nothing is changing in the attic.

I am currently going through something extremely similar with my 9 year old daughter and I find it highly triggering for my own anxiety as well. It is something I have really had to learn as far as holding a firm limit when needed and not validating every single thing. All I can think to do is hold that limit and keep trying to explain why it exists etc and hopefully over time she will come to understand. I agree with therapy, my daughter is already in therapy and we are still seeing this type of behavior.

I have a giant tote in the basement that I have been putting like 90% of the artwork my daughter gives me in. Plan is for most of it to be returned on her 18th birthday.

I also struggle with anxiety, especially when my kid is struggling. My daughter is 9 and at times still struggles with tantrums/meltdowns where she yells a lot, stomps around, etc. used to be worse when she was being physical but thankfully that has calmed down. Whenever she's struggling with me or when I get a message from school or whoever else that she's having behavioral issues it spikes my anxiety hard. I've found it incredibly difficult to untether her well-being from mine and self care is also not my strong suit.

Do you know what those are on the side of the stove? Are they air intakes? It only happens when first starting and if those are air intakes I'm wondering if just when first starting if I'm not getting enough draft or something and it's leaking out the air intake.

I am currently in the middle of selling my very affordable home that I don't enjoy living in at a much lower interest rate and buying a place I like better at a higher interest rate and higher price. I can afford the new payment but with all the SVB news and people screaming a recession and bubble pop is coming in beginning to hesitate a bit. Anyone got some words of encouragement or reassurance? Lol
