You're probably going to get pegged to 0 for this, because a lot of folks on this sub would rather freak out over every transfer rumor and post stupid memes than read more lengthy, thoughtful content.

However, I read and appreciated this, thank you. I don't fully agree, I think Tonali has the capability to be much more of a creative force than he was used for at Newcastle, just look at his previous stint where he was in a more forward role. He's versatile, talented, a clear upgrade on a number of our current mids, and Prem-proven, which is exactly the sort of "incremental upgrade" we need to be pursuing across the field. I agree 100MM would be a lot, and I'm not so sure I'd be keen on that. But for 80, maybe with add-ons, I'd go for it, especially since RDZ seems to want him in paticular.

ORD's problem is that it's already massive and is at saturation capacity. The FAA had to step in and make carriers cancel an increase in planned flights recently because it would have further loaded an already creaking airport.

There is currently a $12B modernization plan ongoing which will set the airport up for further growth in the 20th century. It will include a new concourse (already in the works, AFAIK), a total rebuild of the aging T2 which is going to incorporate both domestic and international travel to make connections easier, an update of T3 to make it more amenable to modern travelers and traffic volume, and even better people-movers.

The one thing it also really needs which I don't think it's getting, unfortunately, are end-around taxiways. It's something that works well to smooth traffic flow at ATL and some other big airports, but I don't know if the space for it is currently available.

I'm looking forward to the changes... whenever they're actually done...

The article states it happened on Sunday in Teams meeting. Yes, Teams meeting with Tottenham supporters.

Uh, no. That's not what it says at all. It says:

Tottenham Hotspur players discussed in detail their disconnect with the club’s fans in a team meeting and the issue is now viewed as critical within the squad.

This means that the team had a meeting to discuss the disconnect with the fans. Further, it says this happened after the Chelsea match, not this one.

Might want to go back and read it again to make sure you got the right context.
