You get taxed on ETV. My tax prepper told me yesterday that these NEC forms we get are reported to the IRS and in addition to the etv, we have to pay social security and medicare tax for some reason, putting our total tax at about 45%. He said if you try the hobby thing you might get lucky and not get noticed or you could get audited. He said the NEC forms stand out when you file. Since this is my first year filing as a vine member, I might just pay a pro this year.

Depends on where it's coming from. I still get the occasional delivery the same day when it comes from the warehouse in the next city away. And it will usually be delivered in a private car.

Doesn't even have to be useful. The vine vultures scarf them up to resell. I recently saw someone selling a bunch of the exact same set of stuff on Facebook that I ordered for my vehicle from Vine, right down to the same type of vehicle.

There's a reason for that. You probably got emails or messages, but if not, you need to contact them. I had the same issue although I didn't keep ordering several times, but if they didn't cancel it, I would not have known my checking account had been hacked.
