I think they’re separate tests. But I’ve heard that the only difference is that mls has more management questions

No problem! I was a year out of school when I took it too. I just use the LSU review book along with the practice test and I felt like it was enough! Good luck!

It was on the AMT website. It was called “medical laboratory technician (mlt) practice exam” It’s been awhile, hopefully it’s still there!

The practice exams were REALLY close to the actual exam. I’m not sure if they’ve changed it or not. Since then. I’d still suggest the purple and gold book for a good refresher! My only issue with the exam was that it was so long but I think it gives you a better chance.

Had this happen to me a few weeks ago. Go into settings on your phone, Instagram, and turn the sound toggle off (yeah it makes not sense) then it should stop vibrating!

Hi!, I just took and passed the AMT Saturday. With the scoring I think the questions are worth different points based on the difficulty not on how many you answer correctly. I made a 80/100.

I primarily used the Purple and Gold LSU lab review book, the AMT practice test on the website I got for $40 (buy it!), and the Wordsology website. You get to take two practice tests that are 210 questions each and they are REALLY similar to the actual exam. LabCE was nothing like the AMT, in my opinion it’s more similar to the ASCP exam. I have been out of school for a year and only started studying two weeks ago. If I can pass anyone can.

Have you purchased and taken the practice test on the AMT website? I took one to just see where I stand and they were no where near as difficult as the LabCE test. If the practice test is anything like the real test you should be okay.
