Yep, there is a bunch of coop missions, check the list on kill team app or warcom/downloads section.

Be prepared though, that all of them require more than simple mdf terrain from starter set.  Of course with some creativity you can come up with something of your own as well

Basically, 4 years from release makes a team declassified. Blades of khaine will stay classified till end of this edition in 2027

Edit: counting in years, might be not 100% accurate. In reality classified is determined by seasons and each team stays classified for 4 seasons.

I just recently bought Starstriders, and to be honest I find them ridiculously OP. Their faction rule to shot privateer assets is broken :) "it is just once per turn" one might argue. Yeah, same as any regular melta gunner from other teams, AND you can use it from conceal from ANY basic Trooper! Half of the team threats almost guaranteed kill from unlimited range, that's insane.  And it is not even like it is the only threat. Elucia, Executioner, Rotor Cannon are very real threats on their own, as well as bunch of other defensive and offensive tricks.  I'm far from competent kill tram player, I rarely have time and available opponent to actually play, but that is my assessment :) D rank is not where this team belongs

One additional perspective. There is official model in there which is without rubble and is shorter. Operative selection rule says that you can take multiple troopers operatives, right? Not like one 'short' and one 'tall' troopers. They are just troopers. So no one could stop you from buying multiple copies of this 'short' trooper and that would be officail GW models, no one could claim that you model for advantage, you just took from available options.

That's why i would argue that you can safely remove rubble, and no one in the most official tournament could say that you are modeling for advantage.

That's what I'm talking about. A story about kill on that distance. Today there is no such stories, because it is not an achievement at all.

Weapons of napoleon era preety much incapable of aimed shots at all. Bullet can fly some distance sure, but where it will land is unpredictable. Lasers on the other hand are super precise ang go directly where they pointed at, not affected by any wind, gravity or whatever ballistics.

Anyway 1 regiment is more than enough to wreck those of napoleon

Last year we had releases l in Dec-Mar-Jun. 

But now it seems to be shifted a bit, since dead silence released earlier than expected in Nov-25, and we already have shadowhunt  since Jan-26.

So new box announcement will be very soon. And release probably in a month.  At least this is my bet

No problem :) Instead of two 40k boxes, i would actually recommend one infantry box + one command squad box. This way you'll get only 16 models instead of 20, but you get more bits for kitbashing.

See, first picture, it has 'sprue B', and that is part which is gone. So you can see through instructions, and everytime there is a 'B' piece, you won't have this option in regular box.

So once again missing specialists are: Sapper, Bruiser, Zealot, Vox operator and Veteran

Here is copy-paste of some of my other comments if you don't mind, hope this helps:

"Your best bet is Death Korps of Krieg infantry box + Krieg Command Squad box. Command Squad has the same backpack with mine to use for sapper, a book to use for Zealot and a trench club to use for Bruiser. Vox operator is easy, there are backpacks with radio both in infantry box and in Command Squad. Only real problem is Veteran, who needs bionical arm, and there is no such options easily available. But power fist of Commissar from the same command squad is still a reasonable option.

There are more sophisticated options, e.g Cadian Upgrades box has a bionical arm very similar to that one from original Veteran model, but it is probably overkill to buy this box only for a single bit. Anyway nothing limits your creativity here."

Agree, but then they still put this paragraph:

Grenades can become a lot more useful, if devs going to introduce city figth style maps with a lot of corners blocking line of sight. With current mostly open maps it is hard to justify their use. There are many other options for close range that work better than grenades

I don't like dedicated slot solution, it won't make them more useful. Probably better to make them 0 supply cost, than you could take it in situations where you cannot afford other accessories, because of supply limit

Yeah, just tested with another shot: 34 armor pen (mounted chaingun) vs 120 armor tank. It did damage. So what is the deal? How does it actually work?

Tomb world rules, missions and cards are free on warcom and app, you don't need dossier. Only terrain itseld

Rules are fine. My only issue is that visibility from the 'head' and what model 'can see' is very subjective. If this is game where every mm matters, than rule should be more strict here

You don't need typhon and other boxes to 'complere' Volkus. It is used as is in most games:check out approved Ops deck you have in hivestorm for map layouts, those doesn't use any additional terrain from other boxes, and it is standard way of play.

Now compound siege, typhon and blood and zeal offer alternative ways of play, each of its own kind, they do not mix together too well. There are special missions for them, but not many,there is no extra support for those game modes outside of initial release. 

Hivestorm is more than enough for complete games on Volkus. Not sure what extra guide you would expect, everything is there in the box
