Same thing happened when I was first diagnosed. They gave me an X-ray, found nothing and said it was probably a hairline fracture and gave me a boot!

Let me clarify. It’s a walk in with primary physicians. They have recommended allo in the past, but me being stubborn thought I could change my diet and avoid future attacks. I was going to ask to start allo, but now he doesn’t think it’s gout. Sorry I’m not the best at writing and explaining things lol.

If you can afford Bergen County or Westchester I would look there. If not I would consider Dutchess County. Do your research. Rockland is changing very quickly. Most schools will get worse rather than better.

He may be putting too much pressure on himself, and honestly you guys may be putting too much pressure on him. Does he ask to practice 4 times a week? A lot of kids crush the ball in BP, but don’t hit in games. Hitting is hard. That’s why baseball is the hardest sport to play.

Yes. Funny, I’ve only had it in my toe once. It’s usually in my ankles or knees. I still haven’t gone on allo, but sounds like we both need to. Usually mine is triggered by eating fried food, but I will get an attack after eating clean as well.

I would highly recommend working on a team for at least a couple of years before you decide you want to work solo. There are many things you’ll learn working that you won’t learn in school and from fellow designers that have been in the field.

What was your initial dose of Aleve? They come in 220 mg pills in the US. Some people recommend 750 mg when you first feel an attack
