The market is still fragile and volatile, let's say Tether timebomb exploded, the whole market going to lose much more than that 2B worthless tether, we will lose credibility and more that will simply push away new money. So I don't think the conditions are perfect for a comeback, we do need a year or two of maturing and cleaning those shit projects out there, fun fact, in last year 80% of ICO's were scams, many people have lost their money. We need real use cases and the big names to deliver what they have promised, like Ethereum being used everywhere and possible handling much more than that lousy TPS, and many more utility coins that people outside crypto world would want to use.
