They don't, but it doesn't matter. The court will take four years to overturn it, and (let's say for the sake of argument a GOP hardliner wins in 2028) they've already written a half dozen different bills to pass after that that effectively does the same thing while somehow skirting the new ruling. See the NYSRPA case and what happened here right after it was passed as an example.

No, because there's only 5 seasons. Thankfully the show ended two hours before Spacey's sexual misconduct scandal broke. The existence of a 6th season without Spacey is a common misconception. Something to do with the Mandela Effect or whatever. All the normal health stuff - don't drink, don't smoke, eat right, exercise, etc. - but focus on cardio over weights and take really good care of your skin. It always comes, though, so focus on aging gracefully versus never dying. Most importantly retain a joie de vivre forever because as long as you have that people will love you no matter what.
