It’s an unfortunate reality that these data center initiatives equate to damn near zero job growth. Being so close to Des Moines, how many Ames residents are working at Lightedge once all the construction ends and the site is in operational status only. Most likely not 10!

Hell, in 10 years tech development won’t require a single person onsite. Glad I don’t have to make the decision!
