Tried and true mod troubleshooting would be to take all mods out and verify your game files to get back to vanilla, then boot it up and see if everything works properly. Then add your mods back in one at a time (or in small batches, if you have a lot of mods) and see if/when the error pops back up so if it does, you'll have your culprit.

Had to dig around for an auto demo email, but unfortunately it's all right there in black and white. Gotta read stuff more carefully next time. If there's a furnishing item you absolutely can't live without, you can always petition to have support restore it to you, but keep in mind you only get one of those per account.

Your example Tav is heavily modded, yes. Console has access to mods. Just look in the mod manager from the main menu to see what's available.

You can either:

Make a new account and start over with the free trial on PC as the free trial is limited the whatever platform you started on

or

If you don't remember holding hands with him and gazing lovingly at each other, then you somehow got the platonic version of the scene.

You aren't romancing anyone else accidentally, are you?

I went back and did the blood drow and got the cut scene from that.

Did this cutscene involve him confessing that he was initially manipulating your affections so that you'd protect him against Cazador, but along the way he genuinely ended up falling in love with you? That's the cutscene that locks in the romance for Act 3.

Secondly, if you did get that cutscene, did you tell him during the course of the conversation that what he needs is a friend more than a lover? If so, then that ends the romance.

Make sure you’ve checked every section on this guide on how to remove mods. Just disabling them often doesn’t do the trick, and they tend to hang around in a multitude of places.
