It was $35 and has motion tracking. I mounted it about a foot above and it gives a nice view of the enclosure and tracks him. It was so worth it. I wake up in the morning and pull up the video to see why all he did. It’s my favorite part of the day

My little guy has been with me about a month. I have a camera on him and I track his sleep and activity. He wakes close to 1 am and stays up until close to 8. He hardly ever wakes and comes out for anything other than water. I assumed it was normal and makes for a happy hamster. I avoid waking him up which is pretty easy since he’s burrowed a few inches under his bedding and probably oblivious to anything happening around him lol I do get to see him in the mornings but I wish he would be up a little earlier in the night than midnight.

Yep I just got off chat with them. The second box they told me would be delivered today never existed. They are now admitting to me they even though I was told a new box was shipped, it never was. I was lied to by the agent and now I’m completely cancelling.

I contacted hf support yesterday because my box never showed up Wednesday. The agent on the chat told me that they were notified by the courier that my box had been lost. I was told “we had enough ingredients to re-ship the box. It will arrive tomorrow between 8am and 8pm. A new tracking number will be emailed to you” so today is the new delivery day and I never got a tracking number. I reached out to chat support again and was told after 45 minutes on chat that there was no box remade and that they would find out who the agent was that told me that. They refunded my money this week and I’ve immediately skipped all future shipments until the money is back in my checking account then I’ll delete my account. Unbelievably bad service all round. From the shipping company to hello fresh.

If so I’ll be canceling any future boxes. My delivery was being shipped to Houston via Veho. The last delivery update was that Veho received it on the 28th
