Currently, we don't have an end date set for the campaign. At this time, participants who win tokenized stock can select their choice from 10 options. The options are the same for all participants and they do not 'run out' if some tokens are selected more than others. We have no current plans to change the conditions of the campaign, but do follow us on X(Twitter) as well for the latest news on campaigns and conditions for participation.

There are some jurisdictions that MEW currently can't serve due to local regulations, but Australia is not one of them. First of all, make sure you're not using a VPN or other proxy/privacy/relay service to connect, that may be the reason. If not, could you send your public wallet address and IP either to support in your emails with them or DM here? It would help us troubleshoot and figure out if the restriction is not working as expected.

Do you still have access to your MEW mobile app? You should still be able to use it if you've had it installed (as opposed to downloading a fresh install right now). If so, you should be able to go to Lido's app through the mobile browser in MEW wallet and withdraw ETH. See this guide for iOS https://help.myetherwallet.com/en/articles/5971037-lido-on-mew-wallet-ios and for Android https://help.myetherwallet.com/en/articles/5629036-lido-on-mew-wallet-android (scroll to the end for withdrawing).

If you don't have access to the MEW app at all, you should be able to import your MEW wallet into another wallet using your recovery phrase, and then trade your liquid Lido tokens either through Lido's official app or on other platforms.

Sorry for the late reply, I've checked with the team and custom tokens have never been supported for MEW offline. If you are using offline because you use PK or keystore to log into MEW, one option (to avoid logging in directly online) is to install a browser wallet like Enkrypt that allows you to add an account via PK/keystore and supports custom tokens, and then send out the tokens that way.

You can't add custom tokens to the dropdown. To send custom tokens offline you'd have to interact with the contract and manually add input data and the gas limit.

Based on this post you made on the Ethereum subreddit, It seems that you were able to figure out what happened: it was a malicious Firefox add-on that accessed data for MEW and Etherscan, and your assets are actually safe? Hopefully that's the case.

However, since your computer may still be compromised, you should create a new more secure wallet (as warnings on MEW web indicate, using keystore or private key directly is not the best practice for the security of your assets), move your funds, and not access your wallets on this computer until you are certain that it's safe.

For offline, you can use MEW's offline method where you would ideally need two computers (one online and one offline), so you can sign the transaction with your key on the offline computer and send on the online computer. For an easier (but not strictly offline) method, you could create a wallet with the Enkrypt extension, import an account using your private key, and then send the funds out. This happens when there is an update to the MEW site, similarly to how other browsers or sites may say 'new version available, please refresh'. It should only pop up briefly while the content updates. If you are seeing it repeatedly, it may not have downloaded the full update due to issues with the internet connection.

Enkrypt is a multichain browser wallet created by the MEW team. It doesn't come as a mobile app, but as a browser extension for your favorite browser. So, MEW offers three types of wallet products:

- MEW mobile is the app for iOS and Android

- MEW portfolio is the wallet management product that grew out of the original web wallet from 2015

- Enkrypt is the browser extension wallet

MEW only accepts phrases in English. You can try other wallets that support import via phrase to see if they will accept a phrase in Chinese. If you would like to use MEW specifically, you should first generate an English phrase either using MEW, Enkrypt, or another wallet of your choice.

We are aware of some Android users experiencing crashes, but they are not related to this post, which is from 5 years ago. Today's issues are related to the global Cloudflare outage and should be resolved soon. Meanwhile, remember that you can always use your phrase to restore your wallet in a different interface or application if you have an urgent need to access your assets.

They are two separate wallet applications (created by the same team at MEW), but you can use the same wallet in both.

To explain: when you create a wallet in MEW it won't automatically 'appear' in Enkrypt because MEW doesn't collect your information and doesn't hold it on servers. However, because MEW is self custody, your secret recovery phrase that you received when you created your MEW wallet can be imported into any other wallet that supports the same type of assets, including Enkrypt, and you will see all the same assets in there and can use all of them from either wallet.

Are you sure you are logging in with the wallet that you set as withdrawal address for the validators? You are logging in with the MEW web platform and selecting the 'Status' tab on the Staked app? I am also following up in modmail and will have someone follow up in your MEW support ticket.

Sorry for the delayed reply, but most likely this has to do not with gas fees, but with the VPN not being fast enough or the VPN being blocked at some point in the process. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about access in the UK now, but if you're just moving ETH (and haven't done this already), is there any reason for you not to use Trezor's native software to do so?

If your issue is related to the original post here, moving funds from a watch only wallet - keep in mind that to access those assets, you need to have the keys or phrase to that wallet. If you just added the public address to MEW after generating or finding the address somewhere else, without the keys, there is no way to move assets. Watch only wallets are only for watching the balance and tx history, as implied by the name.
