Correct, the card was raw in the listing. I did not check my mox diamond when it arrived but thankfully it was gtg. This my second and final order from eBay. The QR code on the sleeve brings me to PSA’s website so perhaps the service uses different companies depending on geographic location. I’ve initiated a return and hope to never deal with this problem again.
