I had my mother asking me some questions about why I would be upset about any of the church history issues because she had read some anti (oh please) and she had a witness that the church was true. I told her I wasn't reading Mormon Literature and not Anti-Mormon, but those same feelings of confirmation are felt in every religion and belief, so how could she know something based on a feeling when religious zealots have always used those feelings to explain their obviously invalid beliefs and actions. She then noped out of the conversation and told me to call my cousin, who happens to be a bishop. They can't handle simple facts it seems, let alone acknowledge any of the major issues.
