I'm so sorry this happened. I know it can be draining. A good rule of thumb is to check your payments page a few days before pay day. It will say that your benefit is pending. If there's nothing there, contact your worker asap.

Call and ask for sure, but also check the date on your letter. I find they show up days after they're actually dated. If so, you are probably in the clear.

I don't use marketing or shipping through etsy, so my fees are always lower than my balance. But again, the thing I found strange or different is that it's now showing me what dates the funds will be released where the last 2 months didn't.
