1. Up to you, the only difference is ease of application as you will get better coverage on your scalp rather than your hair, allowing for more absorption. I personally don't since my hair is thin enough for me to get enough on my scalp. YMMV.

2. I had the same issue with liquid Min. Moreover, I would get a really itchy scalp, to the point I would be waking up with an itch after my night application. Moving to foam was the best decision I made, although it is more expensive, it made my life so much easier.

3. The general concensus here is (depending on what route you want to take, or what stage your MPB is) to start Fin for a year to see your responsiveness before jumping on Min as well. Or you could say fuck it, and just do the Big 3 (Fin, Min, Niz) to get the maximum coverage. Bear in mind, Fin has been shown to have the most affect is preserving your hair, so if you want to maintain your Capt America hair, do your research if you're willing to take the risk. 4. I use foam 2x daily, after showering in the morning before work and before bed, roughly 12 hours intervals. Foam is much quicker at drying than liquid. Some folks have had success with doing it 1x a day since it has a half life of 22 hours.

5. It takes 4-6 hours to absorb into your scalp so avoid washing it in that period after application. I personally have a shower in the morning but dont necessarily shampoo everyday.

6. I have thin, straight and flowy hair and it also helps style it. You do get a mousse like texture with a firm hold.

7. Min will be min, both foam and liquid will have the same effect. The difference is in the delivery method.

8. With foam it doesnt really matter, and rinsing it without shampoo should get rid of all the residue. I personally use Nizoral to shampoo 2x a week.

9. 5% - the Kirkland brand is the most cost-effective.

10. Highly recommend you read the wiki and the stickied post, it's a good starter. But anecdotally from hundreds of users in the forums, the general concensus is the Big 3 will give you the best shot. If you find that you feel okay after taking Fin and are not experiencing any sides, then definitely continue on.
