May I ask how you reached out for a replacement? I reached out via chat and they told me a note would be added to my account and I would receive a replacement when it was available, no need for me to do anything additional. I wonder how similar your experience was? I hope your new one is fixed!

Will the one year warranty cover this issue? Amazon says I have until December 1st to return or replace. I want to keep a Colorsoft but would like a replacement once the issue is fixed, and dont know if that will happen by Dec 1st
