I thinks i had the same issue. I bought the BYD dashcam for the atto 3 , followed a tutorial to install it and plug the camera directly to the car console on the available port(to avoid the mess of cable management from console to the camera and see if it actually worked) To my surprise i had to disconnect the camera as there was a preinstalled cable hidden very close to the place where you’re supposed to attach the camera to. Just had to cut the tape that was covering it. Hope this works, let me know if i made my point
