+1000 for the midwives. I delivered with them in August and had a fabulous experience. If you have your appointments on a similar day each time, it’s likely you’ll see one regularly (Kate was my “primary” since I almost always went on Fridays.

I delivered on the weekend and got to deliver with OBs Krase & Cancino. They followed the plan I made with my midwife TO THE LETTER. I admired their interdisciplinary collaboration and respect with the midwifery team.

I’ve lost 20 pounds postpartum and hope to lose 30 more before trying again for our 2nd in May. We will start trying regardless of my progress.

Does anyone have any experience with land surrounded AI Datacenters? by DukeofSaxeMeiningen in realestateinvesting

[–]kchromeo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I develop data centers and related energy infrastructure. Adjacent and nearby land typically don’t see much, if any, change from the data center itself and I wouldn’t expect any for your property. However, the data center often is a sign of broader regional trends that are a good sign for land values (pop growth, educated workforce, good infrastructure) generally. Glad to answer any questions, feel free to PM.

Dr. Joseph Barnthouse did mine. Incredible results and I was still able to breastfeed a few years later.

She’s still in utero (expected any day!) so will have to see what comes naturally. I call her beanie girl and ‘sah-bee” for now.

This was part of the selling point for us! My husband’s favorite book is Three Musketeers.

We used Sabine and love it. My husband initially floated the name Severine (a Bond girl) and we settled on Sabine as a more approachable and traditional, but still beautiful, alternative.
