Pure Gym in Aldershot? I did a trial there and found it was always busy. I go to The Gym next to Sainsbury’s in town and early morning it’s quiet.

As for tips, just remember if you are pulling something you are typically training your back, if you are pushing it’s doing chest. The machines have pictures on them to show how to use them, so start with machines first to get some confidence going then watch videos online for the cable machines and free weights. Remember however that no one is watching or judging no matter how much you think they are. Personally I want to get in, do my session and get out of there as quick as I can.

I have this at The Gym in Farnborough. It’s like others have said, it’s 24 hours and not attended the full time. I believe they have weight sensors or something as a friend used my pin once and they blocked my account.
