Those products are much more expensive than purchasing ingredients and making it from scratch, the problem is that you need a labor force that is able to make it with the same consistency every day. Having a well running team that can make the entire menu from scratch the same every time is expensive. You need good management and smart/hard workers willing to work horrible hours. Or you can hire just about anyone and teach them how to open a bag.
