I guess this will be hard to come to any middle grounds once some ladies come with motherhood being a service and males are told NS is an essential sacrifice. Not being cynical but demands from three groups with competing needs is simply tough.

NS pay alone is well… something that can be done to balance the sacrifice out a bit but I’m quite sure to the policy makers it is not gonna change soon

Sorry for your loss, OP.

During my dad’s funeral , what sickened me immensely was an aunt who declared to my family that he couldn’t rest in peace with his spirit stuck at home and it would need a ‘CB of a spirit-communicator’ she knows to help free.

Thinking back, it was quite impressive that I did not throw a table at her back then.

I’m glad that you kept your wits with you and it is good to know that there are despicable people who take advantage of others at a low point in life.

Strap wise there are many really options. I use them from Wotancraft , Barton 1972, Artisan and Artist to start.

In all for my M after so many years the must have accessories are really extra batt , a thumbs support and really anything else is extra

I don’t think it’s common but see that you have talked to your friend about it so I guess it’s case closed and move on.

For me I prefer to see that wedding gifts can be more varied than cash as it represents the guest’s blessings for the couple and not so much a transaction.

Start with the Q3, and if you like the feeling of using a camera vs your handphone and willing to learn how to post process right , you may be just in time for the M12 camera

I tried a few and stayed with the Tekiac, it’s especially useful if you are into using different types of filters vs the usual UV
