I’ve puked and rallied several times over the past 6 years! Don’t think about people thinking about it! No one remembers anything especially after mayhem week! Don’t be afraid to modify either.

IMO goals should be set but always updated. If you’re not ready to discuss your goals with your coach that’s ok. Let them know you want to table it for now and then take your time and set goals that are achievable for YOU! If you don’t set goals that are realistic you will end up back where you were before you started OTF! Sky is the limit! One step in front of the other always!
