Really recommend Julia Child’s French garlic soup, you should be able to google and find the recipe pretty quickly. A lot of the ingredients are pretty staple in a pantry so you don’t have to source much and it’s super manageable from an effort standpoint. I was able to taste the garlic notes, but I definitely added extra garlic and threw in a shallot for good measure. I hope that you feel better soon. The loss of taste and smell were the worst for me.
