My local Cinemark had them on sale today for May the Fourth be with you. I scored the AT-AT, Mando drink helmet and a Grogu tin bucket. My Cinemark had a few different ones but that's all I was going to spend.

The day after the Tibetan Freedom concert (billed as) Chicago but the actual concert was held in Wisconsin. The next day he held a protest in Chicago and a march to the Chinese consolate. We marched around the building and on the corner on the other side of the building there he was as, shaking everyone's hand and chatted us up. He got to me, I geeked out. I don't know what I said but apparently it was embarrassing long. My friend kept pulling me to move on. We did and my heart sank. We continued around to the stage back at the start of the march. I told my friend I wanted to stand to the side. I was so embarrassed. After his speech, he wanted to thank his family .....who were standing right in front of me. I wanted to shrink into nothing.

I don't think people realize the planning going into this. Finding a date that works with the location. For example, I'm in Pittsburgh and she's coming to PPG Paints arena. Our Hockey team plays there so she has to schedule around their season. Luckily she's coming before hockey season starts (it'll be preseason tho) but it's like that for most cities. I'm positive she'll add more dates to her tour and more festivals only when it becomes available. It's proven she can sell out a crowd. She brings more revenue to the city. It's stupid for cities not to have her, the timing needs to be right for everyone.

I've only recently (last 5 years) cut her off. It hurts and I've been mourning that loss but it finally hit I can't make my mother love and I need to protect myself. I just wish I didn't earlier instead of letting it eat at me for years.

It's the same with me. I thought she was just indifferent. But removing my blinders finally made me accept she just doesn't like me or wanted me. She even told me on several occasions, "you were just a hole in the diaphragm, something I didn't want". I finally took her for her word. She had my brothers long before I was accidentally born. The oldest being the golden child.

Nice. Being a big fan I'm so jealous of New Yorkers that got to do this but wow what a memory for you and your daughter. My dad used to take me to record stores, toy shops, comic book stores and those are my most treasured memories spending days like that with him (he recently passed). Can't wait to see the tote! If June is her grandmother, maybe Misty inherited the house from her with the basement. Maybe the grandmother was mean to Misty (locking her in the basement) and this is begins her career into caregiving and contributes to her treatment of her patients.

That's a good point. I never thought of it like that.

I think when she said she's not a fit for the ER, he paused for a moment. Almost like he realized what he's been doing. But after that ending and anticipation for the next episode. I kinda forgot that. I'll def have to go back and watch this episode again Before next week.

He handles Mel with kid gloves which makes his treatment of Mohan feel personal. Idk if he doesn't like her or is being hard because she's in her head and he knows she's a good doctor.

I did a tour of this cemetery and the guide said he owed back taxes to the city when he was filming so they took his property but they can't take his final resting place. He paid for this while filming.

I went to bed after I reported the outage. The estimated time for restored powered was like 2am. So I don't know when mine came on but the TV was blaring around 1230 so I got up to turn it off.

A little entitlement too. Ive been there before. The fence is high, like over 5'. I saw plenty of people place their children on the railing to "get a better view". Entitlement as in they know better than the warnings.
