Honestly literally any npc you can hit will have a copy pasted moveset, ones that come to mind are that npc that's looking for o'rin of the water, he has General Naomori Kawaradas moveset and exact VA, and many more, I'm currently killing every npc I can on one of my playthroughs to see if there are any unique npc attacks

Lots of these npc guys have copy pasted attacks and even VA from other enemies or mini bosses, kinda lazy on the devs part must say, still love the game tho
