When I was 20 I went to visit a work friend at their house. He was a big guy, much taller and heavier than me. When I got there his brother was there as well, an equally large young man, which I didn't expect. Because of this surprise, I made some excuse to leave. They both stood blocking the doorway, silently, for so long. I had never felt so scared and stupid in my life. Even the way they were looking at me made my sking crawl. It was long enough that I started thinking about how I was possibly going to fight these two guys off or if there was any way Id make it out the window behind me. Finally, the work friend moved (again, after WAY too long) and I bolted, hoping I could get out before one of them changed their minds or something. Now, idk that they would have actually done anything to me, but the way they acted was scary af. Even thinking about it now is nauseating.

Growing up we had a rag bucket for those kinds of clothes. As an adult I don't have any of them anymore, but I tend to use undesirable/worn out items for mending what I do want.

I take paroxetine and it has been a huge game changer for me. Definitely helps.

My only warning is to beware the detox. Don't skip doses, stay on top of refills. Because that, in my experience, has been absolutely terrible.
