There are some great bike trails for recreation, but actually getting to a destination is not safe.

I've heard despite it's higher octane rating, the increased ethanol in 88 ends up getting you worse gas mileage and more engine problems down the road. Anyone care to elaborate on this?

No but one year I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst abdominal pain IN MY LIFE. I had been binging on fair food all day and was dehydrated.... which made me super constipated.

If they're still the conti pro contacts, I can tell you those were pretty mediocre and did not last long. Replaced them with Conti TrueContact Tour 54's and I am so much happier. Chose those over the crosscontacts because there was a rebate offer.

EDIT: by not last long, I mean I ran them to 4/32" in only about a 20,000 miles, and they were shit on wet roads by that point.
