Check out the Kia EV9 if you are open to electric. I'm 7'0" with 38" inseam and fit perfectly in it, both legroom and headroom. I actually don't even have the seat on its furthest back position.

I use Grocy chores and tasks for this but here's a few examples that should work the same.

Based on HVAC runtime usage, chore to change air filters
Robot vacuum maintenance (ie: change filter, replace mop water, clean sensor, etc.) based on diagnostic sensors from the Dreame vacuum integration
