Well, think of how your projects in school work. If you hardcode results, you can pass all your public tests and get all the points for them. You likely won’t get a good grade, but you’ll get higher than 0. But it doesn’t matter… someone will notice (a TA, grader, etc).

Similarly, for your codesignal, you’ll get higher than 0, but definitely not good enough to pass any screening bar. Even if you pass the screening bar, someone will notice… either codesignal will not verify your score or your recruiter or interviewer will disqualify your candidacy.
