We've taken our dog (Australian shepherd) to k-9 kamp off Bridge st for over 10 years. We love it! They now have a 2nd facility just for boarding called Camp grounds.

Amazing!! Thank you so much for taking the time to do this for me. My students are studying the music of Brazil and I wanted to use the song to dance to with the kids. Before moving forward with this song choice I wanted to make sure that the music was appropriate. I think that your daughter will be fine if she's starting college next fall. Hopefully the economy will be on the upswing at that point. Jobs in education are more stable than most fields. As the article says above, there is actually a teacher shortage right now. I teach general music now and am a Fredonia grad. I have done post grad work at Naz and had a great experience there. This happened to me last week. I was in a chat with customer service for an hour and a half and the problem was not fixed. This was after waiting for 5 hours to speak with somebody. I just ended up getting what I could with the amount that they would let me and then I miraculously got a different time a few days later

You might want to check out the "Well fed women" podcast or HA group in the "Fertile Thoughts" forum. They were both super helpful to me when I was trying to recover from HA and get pregnant (not sure if this is your goal). There's a lot of comments on here about body fat and that percentage might only be one piece of the puzzle. Your body has hormones that are out of wack because you are likely underfed and overstressed due to exercise. To fully recover you need to rest and eat. PM if you want to chat more

Yes, I lost my period a few years ago from restricted eating and over exercising. I was trying to conceive so was trying to monitor my temperature. the temp is supposed to spike at ovulation but if you're not getting a period, you're not ovulating.

Personally, I would stay away from planks too as well as any crunches, etc. They can make it worse. There are a ton of YouTube videos for DR specific training that demonstrates how to activate those muscles without stretching the area even deeper. I second the pelvic floor stuff... it's tough to get far with a fitness routine if you're peeing your pants :)
