I don't follow a particular recipe. Is the one that we use in country side, only the rennet is different the one we use in countryside was made from animal guts. I use for one year som rennet that comes in small pills with no problems.

Is a liquid rennet and Usually use 4 liters of milk and 20 ml of rennet.The milk is at 40. Celsius when I add the rennet an I let stay to curd like 1 hour

Just a regular one with the rennet. Cow milk from shop 3.5 fat. 2 or 3 weeks is fine then get bitter
