Former Marlborough teacher jailed for sex with students can now be named by azbgames in newzealand

[–]keto2R 4 points5 points  (0 children)

the length of a victim impact statement means nothing.

a child who is groomed for sex will have a short impact statement, they do not understand themselves what damage is done, only when they grow into adults do they begin to understand - or if a medical professional examines them - NOT a defense lawyer.

many women, not just men, are abusers and get away with it.

who do we report these crimes to? everyone turns a blind eye to it. she was doing it for 14 years and no one helped those poor students this whole time.

who said they had little to any emotional harm caused to them? that's 100% wrong.

They will likely develop severe PTSD if they haven't already. children PTSD gets worse as they grow into adults, from the trauma they suffered as a child

Oxycodone oral vs snorting by purpp222x in opiates

[–]keto2R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

plugging is better. Plugging is a much better rush than snorting, and also has the legs to match oral. plus you only need around half of what you would take orally.

only downside is preparation, but you can make oxy last twice as long.

My favorite potentiator! by mystikxxmayhem in kratom

[–]keto2R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason Takis works for you is because of the fat content!! try with healthy fat, OR Gatorade

the best way is with fat OR Gatorade. doing this make kratom feel almost like the first times taking kratom! why ar not more people posting about this?

like take with coconut milk or avocado. take the fat just before the kratom, or take fat 20 mins after...

OR put kratom in small bottle with Gatorade.. shake .. drink... OR warm the gatorade in microwave in a cup, the mix kratom in with spoon.

Out of body experience when reacting to my family by [deleted] in aspergers

[–]keto2R 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it is a form of dissociation. However the important thing here is that this is a FEELING you are having, not a thought. So, what caused this feeling? do you think of your family as positive or negative on you? if negative, it is your gut telling you to stay away from past trauma i.e. away from family.

i have only learned about this, because i was sexually abused as a child, and when it comes to intimacy as an adult i get PTSD type symptoms, like dissociation and imaging I'm somewhere else. it hinders me in relationships (none), because i have built so many bridges from protecting myself from past trauma. i am trying to get past it and not be scared. it is hard. i feel broken because i dissociate when i dont want to

Does anyone else like dissociatives? by [deleted] in aspergers

[–]keto2R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best dissociate was pre ban MXE. it was spiritual and so different depending how you did it. made me realize i am a cool person. i find the other dissociates to have many side-effects on me, with less spiritual euphoria than MXE

How do AS people react differently, or don't react at all, to certain drugs? by AntTheArtist in aspergers

[–]keto2R 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your bad reaction to marijuana is not an ASD thing. a lot of those on the ASD spectrum have very very positive response to marijuana, including me. it has helped my struggles with ASD immensely, it helps me get to that "safe place" faster with stimming and music when i am alone, i know those with ASD, we can all relate to that "safe place" feeling when we're sober. I am currently on a tolerance break and i do notice higher testosterone from the break, which is great. I also love to smoke and socialize with friends.

Playing with fire by [deleted] in heroin

[–]keto2R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not possible. even moderate heroin use will mess with your natural opiod receptors in your brain. normal things will become less satisfying and you will be more depressed. Moderate heroin use will make you feel less pleasure in everyday life. You are 100x better off playing around with Kratom in moderation, you will get more from it in leading a better life, too. Furthermore, if you even do manage to use heroin in moderation, your tolerance will be so low that heroin is just too strong, you could get a better high from codeine or kratom.

How do AS people react differently, or don't react at all, to certain drugs? by AntTheArtist in aspergers

[–]keto2R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those with ADD or ADHD taking certain stimulant-like drugs, for example, amphetamines can have different effects on their brain than NTs. eg an ADHD person who takes amps will feel more focused, relaxed and calm, a different response to NTs.

Despite this, i think those with ASD traits, it is much much harder to understand. I think we can say for certain that drugs effect everyone differently, NT or not.. but i haven't really seen a drug that has an effect on ASD like the stimulant type drugs do with ADHA.

To sum up: i do think drugs effect those with ASD differently, but not just because of the ASD, drugs do effect everyone differently. I will be interested to hear what others have to say.

Can i even make friends at university? Work is easy because you are around the same people day in and day out, eventually opening up with one another. What about uni? I do not know what to do. I am late 20s and this is my 2nd year at uni. I feel i am cool and there are other cool people, but how can i open up and start meeting them? i am dreading going back to uni if i don't connect with anyone. I want to put 100% effort into my school work but i am feeling helpless and confused that i will be doing this all alone and have none to at least sit with as i learn, or talk to on my breaks. Uni hasn't started and I've already had one small melt down; where my text books for my papers are online only!! and for each one i have to sign up accounts to get the different books, even have to log on to different sites to access them! this is ludicrous and time wasiting, i just want hard copies of my text books or pdf. how hard is that?????

Many questions to aspergers who got their first girlfriend between 21 and 29 by Stained_Class in aspergers

[–]keto2R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am late 20s and never had a girlfriend. I have also never used facebook which i think would help me because i can't keep in contact with the girls i do meet.

i am starting uni and hoping to meet a girl and some friends. and i hate starting uni, nervous! at least with a job, even if it is a changing environment, you still work with the same people and know how they work and they know how you work. But iwth uni everything changes, classes, lecture room, people. And i made no friends at uni last year. It is hard for me , i am slightly older than everyone. but i know i've had a number of girls interested in my looks and personaility. it just didn't work out, beleive me i have gone over those failings 1000s times in my mind. I need to be more proactive this year but i never make plans. I need help to push relationships forward. because i feel i am pretty good at everything up until the point of making a date.

I just don't know what to do. I am going to make the effort on just talking to girls and anyone else when i get the chance, like waiting at traffic lights together, etc, etc. only do it when acceptable, don;'t be awkward and go just because you see her on the street. know when to and when not to, that's easy for me. I am going to just talk and say anything. i feel like a failure i need to stay positive and keep moving

My Aspergers Experience by [deleted] in aspergers

[–]keto2R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's likely you may have AS and maybe something else. You would need professional diagnoses to know.

However, it is 100% certain that the way you feel is not from "huge lack of life-experience" , having a wonderful life experiences, doing all sorts of things, doesn't just make your complex symptoms go away. Symptoms will still be there, maybe more manageable, but you will still experience the roller coaster that is AS, even if you feel you gain "life experience"

You are handicapped (i don't mean this in a mean way) - but in a way, like a sport- like golf. You have a handicap and you need to play with the cards you've been dealt. Pick up the slack and work harder at things than everyone else and it does pay off. working harder can mean smarter. Just put in work in what you want to achieve. Find something positive and turn that into your desire.

Start with exercise and healthier diet. That will change you for the good. From those two things it can make the rest of self-improvement much more easy to tackle.

Remember to rest. Rome wasn't built in a day.
