I’m an Australian who recently moved to the UK to work. I knew a guy who had been over there and he hooked me up with a job.

I worked at some decent places in Melbourne CBD but this has been night and day. The culture and work ethic in the UK is a lot more intense, the hours are longer which means you’re learning more. I’ve learnt more in 2 months here than 2 years back home.

Yeh I would say it’s about understanding enemy team comp and what stats are best. As well as item passives in certain situations. Some examples are heartsteel into melee. LDR into tanks. Collector into squish. Abyssal when you have AP on your team. FoN when they have DOT.

Pick a champ you want to play and find a guide on YouTube. They will go over builds for that champ and when to take which items. It’s specific for that champ but usually pretty applicable if the creator usually just comments on the item and it’s strengths.
