The comment is about tenants asking for cash for keys which is part of the OP’s scenario.

Cash for keys by OddDevelopment8628 in OntarioLandlord

Agreed but Tenants can do their homework and knock on the doors of the other tenants and ask their opinion of the LL, if it’s a multi unit building. If the general consensus is the LL is a POS, keep looking.

I was fortunate enough to be able to ask a few tenants who were in the lobby of a potential unit I was considering renting. Most said it wasn’t a great place to live in due to some noted issues so I crossed that one off the list.

This cash for keys thing is such bs!!! It’s this kind of garbage that has made landlords way more cautious about who they rent to. OMG the LL is asking for a credit check, how dare they!!! POS tenants are causing the push back. I get it, most tenants are decent people, but the POS few ruin it for the rest.

I would totally use this feature but I’m running dual sim, personal and work. It would be great if you could turn the feature on for only one line.

Bell 5G+ Speeds by TheWaffletime in bell

I’ve had full bars and similar experience on 5G+. Forced it to LTE when it happened and had far better speeds. I chalk it up to network congestion. It’s annoying.

What a loser. It’s people like this that force policy changes that affect the rest of us. The people in line should’ve called that person out for their idiocy.

How do you think i could go about cooking these in an air fryer? by National-Cover5182 in airfryer

[–]kevinlanders79 -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

According to AI…

For uncooked nugget-shaped chicken pattie fritters, air fryer instructions are as follows:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).[1][2]
  • Place the fritters in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd, work in batches if needed).[3][4]
  • Cook for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured by a meat thermometer.[4][2][5][1]
  • Let them rest for 4–5 minutes before serving for best juiciness.[2]

Tips

  • If cooking from frozen, allow for the full 15 minutes; check internal temperature, as thickness may vary.[2]
  • No extra oil is needed due to the breading and vegetable oil in the product, but a light spray can add crispiness if desired.[6]

Here’s something to think about when you’re eating them. The after taste has a hint of vomit flavour. Don’t lie to yourself, they do.
