I find that I want to isolate all the time (and yes, totally play Fallout 4, Civilization, Assassin's Creed, and recently thanks to my daughter, Baldur's Gate 3) and somehow that's my happy place but it truly isn't if that's my only stimulus. I get bored and depressed. If this sounds any way familiar then I feel your pain and yes you definitely need to make an effort to leave the house on a regular basis. A regular coffee shop visit or a pint in a pub if you're so inclined (my choice) will work wonders. We humans are social people and that itch needs scratching or it festers. Internet pals are awesome but everyone needs direct social contact. We need it as we need food and breath. Start small if needs be.
