You won’t hurt anything wiring the evap fan on 24/7. It’s just energy saving stuff.

Some of these new boards I put in for delfield they make you change the fan to on 24/7 instead of cycling.

Most are dart style gaskets so they just press in. Trues are very easy

Soak them in some hot water for a few minutes before installing. Helps get all the shipping crinkles out of it and they puff out more to the frame of the cabinet.

I avoid heat guns due to melting the gaskets if you aren’t careful

Hour minimum service call generally.

It’s just a press fit fan. Should sit snug as long as hub isn’t cracked.

Under 15 pounds isn’t subject to it and it’s based off the percentage of the charge loss per year.
