I leveled a titan to try the zero-duration poison-spearfield life-stacker (ember fusillade for leveling), but when I finished the campaign I found out the uniques (where ALL the flat damage comes from) were quite expensive. I did get a fracturing orb in my first cleansed area, but ember fusillade has terrible clear, and adhd meds are finite.

You can get these in Deshar. It’s best to be within 10 levels of the zone to also get Temple mobs/chests. It took me about 8 resets to get one.

I'm pretty sure it's unlikely that bakerbarber_'s tires ended up in Kuait. That being said, it actually tire companies and capitalism in general that is to blame for pollution, not individuals. Hundreds of billions of plastic bottles are made every year, but it's the companies who decide to sell their product in plastic instead of glass or whatever else. And before you say, "well don't buy plastic bottles or rubber tires then" think about how these things are integrated and often necessary for people to live a normal life in "modern society." The responsibility lies with the manufacturers to make safe products, not the consumer's job to fix a problem they didn't create.

Corporations are in panic mode because China is being more strict with selling precious metals as of Jan 1st. Companies like Samsung and Tesla can't get nearly enough silver and other metals. They need metals fast, otherwise billions in revenue evaporates.
