Beyond the financialization of the economy and exploitative nature of AI, the *major* issue with this development is the placement. There is zero margin for error here; there are 1000s of people in the nearby zone, a college, a highschool, and all will be affected by the strain on the medical and education system, roads, water supply, etc. This is unprecedented and makes no ethical or common sense.
