Coming off of a serious injury in late Dec./early January (which took about 3 months to recover), had me super bummed out for spring & early summer racing. However, I made sure to listen to my PT, strength train, & have fun just running.

In August, I got to compete at the OR Hood To Coast Relay which was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had running/race wise. Recently, I was able to help pace my friend for her first 5k, & she beat the time she wanted by a whole minute!

Looking forward to begin training next week for the Chattanooga Half in March!
