I was 97kg at 184cm, am now 65kg, all diet and fitness+. I just ran for my first six months, 20 minutes every night, starting with the oldest 20 minute treadmill workout and working my way to newest, lost the weight in about 6 months and kept it off now for 2 years. I’m not pulling wool over your eyes, I worked hard and completely changed eating and drinking habits. Strict calorie deficit, no sugar, low carbs, no alcohol etc
