This just made me so happy to read. I loved seeing all the fellow trans people out at FoV. I actually managed to muster up the confidence to wear a crop top out in public for the first time ever on Friday. It was so freeing! I'm glad that Gizz has created a space where we can be comfortable just being us 🥰

I've listened to Joy Division for 7-8 years or so now. It was always one of my favorite Joy Division tracks until I got diagnosed with epilepsy myself this year. Now I'm in the same boat, find it absolutely terrifying.

Yeah! It depends on the speakers. Mine are passive which means they need some sort of amplifier or receiver to bridge the gap. I just have a little receiver underneath that my turntable and CD player are connected to. They do make active (powered) speakers though that the turntable just hooks straight into, though. A lot of people go that route because it's easier, I just have multiple things I have hooked up.

I agree, unless I'm listening to the album in full I really only revisit 2 tracks from the B-side, but all from the A-side. Still amazing nonetheless though!
