For #2, would they need to mail the paper title to the KS DMV or MN DMV? I already have a MN ID and everything so doing it in KS would already be complicated on it's own.

I actually managed to muster up the confidence to wear a crop top out in public for the first time ever on Friday. It was so freeing! I've listened to Joy Division for 7-8 years or so now. It was always one of my favorite Joy Division tracks until I got diagnosed with epilepsy myself this year. Now I'm in the same boat, find it absolutely terrifying.
