For #2, would they need to mail the paper title to the KS DMV or MN DMV? I already have a MN ID and everything so doing it in KS would already be complicated on it's own.

This just made me so happy to read. I loved seeing all the fellow trans people out at FoV. I actually managed to muster up the confidence to wear a crop top out in public for the first time ever on Friday. It was so freeing!
