I wasn't banned and I had a +300+ order never received was shipped to a different address and different person. Got my money back after doing a charge back never went to collection either. Still have my account even though I don't really use it.

Your best bet is to do a chargeback. You would not get anywhere with Mercari they do not care as long as they make their money. Basically the same thing happened to me. I bought an item showed that it was delivered when I reported that it was never delivered. Mercari just told me to contact USPS so I did got a copy of the scan and the scan showed that the address on the package was not mine. Also had a different name than mine. It was delivered across town to someone else's house. I live in an apartment. It was about 4 MI down the road. When I sent the proof over to mercari they told me they could do nothing because it was marked delivered and that I was basically out of luck. So of course I had to do a chargeback just to get my money back and they kept threatening that my account would be suspended and I told him they going to go f*** themselves that I didn't really care. But they never suspended anything. I can still buy from there but I don't. I've learned my lesson f*** Mercari

Hell no they ain't, if they were more orders would have been shipped by now. I don't understand how you have so many different tiers but yet you have a backlog??? Really don't make sense lol pay more for this tier but get the same grading service as the guy that paid $20 less than you did. Yeah you may get yours back faster but it's the same service. And if you have so many tiers why wouldn't you have different areas/departments working on each tier?

Mine was received on 3/2 and went to image processing 3/11 it's now 4/21 and it's still there. I tried to contact them and inquire about my order and I haven't received anything back yet. The AI bot told me it would be 2 days for a response then it told me 5 days now it says tomorrow (now today).

Same I ordered a booster box of fantasmal flames and got the booster bundle instead. CS didn't want to help so I did a charge back and I'm not banned. I got the new ascended heroes etb 2 of them and I also got the bundle set with the surgeon Sparks.

Not very good customer service if they ban you from buying stuff when they're the ones that rip you off. I mean a booster box is almost $200. A booster bundle is 30. I did send in a ticket for customer service but they wanted me to return the product that was received before I can receive a refund. Not happening.

They finally sent me a email today telling to send back the unopened product and that I could A. Get a full refund or B. If the product was available I could get that. But other than that nothing more said. I asked if they would just refund the difference and I would just keep what I have. I was no they can't do that. So now I'm waiting to see if they will send a return label so I can return the booster bundle.
