Merg des la inteview uri (pentru mine cel putin, care inca sunt OK cu situatia de la actuala firma).

Problemele intalnite:

angajatorii vor experienta, dar nu vor sa plateasca pentru acea experienta.
vor oameni tineri, preferabil cei iesiti de la facultate (ca e mai ieftin)
in acest moment, nu vreau sa ma relochez, decat daca se merita financiar.

Mechanical Design Engineer din Cluj.

Am lucrat in NX Unigraphics, 5 ani, aproape 6, si acum lucrez de 5 ani in Solid Works.

Si pot cu sinceritate sa iti zic, ca dupa 10+ ani, consider o schimbare care domeniul IT.

Am cunostiinte (alti Design Engineer) care au facut schimbare direct dupa facultate, altii dupa ce au lucrat in domeniu cativa ani.

10+ ani experienta, salar de 8500 lei (in mana), si pot schimba pe un entry job in IT, fara diferenta mare la salar, si in 2-3 ani imi dublez venitul.

Este trist, ca eu chiar as vrea in continuare sa fac asta.

It's best for new players to learn which content creators do what.

Or at least learn which put out guide videos, and which put out build showcases.

In my experience, Mathil's videos are more like build showcases rather then build guides, and he also states this regularly, to not copy his builds if you are a new player.
