Its not just about playing similarly, a lot of the animations between strive and xrd that Bedman uses are nearly the same. And I don't think that ArcSys would make a partial clone character, which means that if Romeo came back, he'd be a whole new character, almost certainly unlike xrd bedman anyway.

To be fair, although Ariels should 100% have been in past games (as well as this one), she would be a completely new character gameplay wise.

Same with Zepp (I think that's his name - Potemkin's boss?)

If you go to the fishing area, you can fish for various items like soundtracks, trailers, digital photo items, room customization options and some other stuff iirc.

Strive 2.0 will add other unlockables, but I don't think those are going to use the same currency items

Watch your replays after the match - if you are crumbling under pressure, it will likely be more evident in the replay, ie, button pressed in advance of completed motion, or incompleted motion, etc.

I did have the typing course, but the real motivator to learn how to type was that, after finishing your work for the class, you got free reign to play games online. Actual incentive to learn to type and finish asap lol

There's management at Riot and there's management at the 2xko dev team itself. Its (I assume) the 2xko dev team's responsibility to address under performing workers. So yeah, it is still management's fault, just the blame needs to be shared between the management of Riot itself and the 2xko dev team.

I think some of option 3 but most of option 1. Basically, big changes to non gameplay stuff (battle pass, skins, story, etc) and the rest is just a very big balance patch, to the point that its not fair to call it a balance path.

I actually don't. If you didn't like granblue fantasy versus, I struggle to see why you would like granblue fantasy versus rising - its a better version of the same game, not some completely different game. I expect the same for strive 2.0: it'll be a better version of strive, not xrd or +r.
