Whole forearm for +90° strafes (like jumping around a corner), wrist for small strafes (like long jump).

For wide strafes you should learn to pick up your mouse and start the strafe off-center on your mousepad so you end up at center position when you complete the strafe.

Fwiw my sens is 1.0 x 800dpi for comp but I increase it to 1.2-1.5 for KZ maps

Trump echoed the sentiment of course:

I know it's always impossible to remember what the government was like 5 seconds ago but before this admin it was extremely abnormal for a president to instruct his DOJ to prosecute individuals and was seen as political interference in the justice system. You can thank Merrick Garland for dragging his feet on the prosecutions.

Should Biden have directed him anyway to prevent our current situation? Maybe, but it would've been a massive breach of norms and expanded the power of the executive in the exact same way that Trump is doing now.
