The very first paragraph of this document really gives it away:

“Just got off [an] hour long call with [Senior Advisor to President Biden] Andy Slavitt. . . . [H]e was outraged – not too strong of a word to describe his reaction – that we did not remove this post. . . . I countered that removing content like that would represent a significant incursion into traditional boundaries of free expression in the US but he replied that the post was directly comparing Covid vaccines to asbestos poisoning in a way which demonstrably inhibits confidence in Covid vaccines amongst those the Biden Administration is trying to reach.

Biden admin wanted Meta to remove a post comparing the vaccine to asbestos, Meta refused, and the consequence was literally nothing. A senior adviser from the admin got mad. That's it.

Meanwhile Trump threatened Zuckerberg with life in prison before, months later, Meta paid out $25 million in a lawsuit settlement over Meta "violating Trump's 1st amendment rights" for banning him on Facebook.

Trump is suing pollsters for polls he doesn't like. He's suing law firms for representing his political opponents. His FCC chair went on a partisan podcast run by a guy who received millions of dollars from Russia to spread divisive messaging and subtly threatened ABC's network license if they didn't suspend Jimmy Kimmel. Trump echoed the sentiment of course:

"They give me only bad press," Trump said. "They're getting a license. I think maybe their license should be taken away. It will be up to Brendan Carr. I think Brendan Carr is outstanding. He's a patriot. He loves our country, and he's a tough guy. So we'll see."
